We offer ART one Saturday a month in addition to other current opening.
Comprehensive Therapy
Services for adults and teens addressing depression, anxiety, life and faith transitions, OCD, managing difficult relationships, trauma, and more.
Utilizing research backed, tailored approaches at your pace including Internal Family Systems, Exposure Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Mindfulness and other somatic based interventions.
Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration (PHRI)
We offer psychedelic harm reduction and integration (PHRI) services to help individuals prepare for and process transformative experiences, including ketamine infusion sessions through local resources. Ketamine has been shown to have positive effects for improving treatment resistant depression, substance use, anxiety, the mind-body connection, PTSD, and more. We also offer PHRI support for other journeys that result in non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOSC). Research supports the positive impact of preparation and integration for these experiences. Our approach is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and focused on meaning-making, nervous system support, and personal growth. Training verification by: Fluence.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a safe, supportive space to connect with others navigating similar challenges. Together, we’ll explore, grow, and heal—guided by a skilled therapist in a compassionate, virtual environment.
